When I got nerves started presentation, i try to relax my self use take and out the breathe. I take breathe until 10 seconds and than out the breathe. I do it until felt better. I try to tell my self if I can finish my presentation with perfect. That make me caurageous to start presentation.
Sometimes, in the middle presentation, I still get nerves. I try break my bones. Besides that, I try considering enjoy my presentation. I certain the audience enjoy my presentation. Finally, i can finish my presentation.
